1. Weight Training program customized to your needs and abilities.
Weight training is needed to keep the muscle when dieting, improve your quality of life by making you strong, and increase your metabolism. Everyone is at a different starting point so the weight training program is adjusted to your ability and lifting experience. In order to avoid plateaus, the program is changed periodically. As your trainer I will assess your condition and experience, design a resistance training program that meets your goals, document and monitor your progress, and make sure you�re lifting the weights in a safe manner with good form. One of the benefits of weight training is the improvement in joint strength and decreased joint pain (i.e. knees). By strengthening the muscles around the joints, joint stability is greatly improved and improves your quality of life.

2. Eating suggestions designed to achieve your goals.
Starting with your body composition measurements, a caloric level and macro nutrient requirements are calculated. Then a diet is proposed that matches the target calories, protein, carbs, and fat amounts. Meal timing, food amounts and substitution suggestions are given to the client. As the client follows the eating plan, more body composition measurements are taken periodically to determine if adjustments to the diet need to be made. In addition, my clients have found that by adopting this diet, significant blood chemistry changes were made...specifically decreases in cholesterol and stabilization of blood sugar.

3. Cardio recommendations to burn the fat.
Cardio is one of the main tools to burn off the extra fat. It speeds up the metabolism even after your cardio session is finished as well as burning off the fat during cardio. I will give you recommendations for amounts, timing, and type of cardio to achieve the best results

4. Supplement recommendations to speed up the results.
There are a lot of supplements on the market, and if you were to believe all the claims, a perfect body is just a pill away. But it�s not that easy. Supplements only assist you in obtaining the results, they are not the main method used. And to separate the hype from the truth, As a trainer I have the experience to recommend those supplements that really work and give you that extra help for your progress.

I will monitor your progress frequently with body composition measurements and adjust the program as needed.
